Rally Point is an inclusive community-based fitness initiative and everyone is welcome. If you would like us to come to your community, we would love to hear from you. Please allow us time to respond to inquiries as we are a small family team and can only catch up with emails and messages between and after classes.

We hold classes all throughout Mid-Canterbury from Hinds to Rakaia and just about everywhere in between. View our timetable here.

Our classes are open to anybody with any fitness level. Part of your membership includes an initial assessment and a monthly check-in to help you keep on track with your goals. Classes are tailored to fitness levels and abilities, so it doesn’t matter if you haven’t been to a fitness class before. Come and join us.

Each class is a hybrid mix of cardio and weights tailored to ability and fitness levels with modifications available.

Classes are 1 hour long. We also have quick burn classes available for those on a tight schedule. We will fit in with you.

Definitely! Moses is a qualified trainer with a military background who can work out
individual training programs to help you map out and reach your fitness goals.

We don’t have a dedicated childcare space and it would be unsafe to have kids weaving in between people and equipment during a workout. We offer a great timetable that will fit in with your available hours so you can have some dedicated kid-free time just for you.

Yes! If you and your group of friends are enough people to make up a class, we can create a dedicated mates class for you to train together. Contact us for more information.
